Dynamic Pyrolysis Characteristics, Kinetics and Products Analysis of Waste Tire Catalytic Pyrolysis with Ni/Fe-ZSM-5 Catalysts Using TG-IR-GC/MS

Catalysts are usually used in the thermal conversion of waste tires to enhance efficiency process and quality pyrolytic products. Recently, it has already been proved that Ni/Fe bimetallic catalysts had an effective catalytic effect on decomposition organic solid wastes. Herein, we employed a TG-IR-GC/MS system investigate kinetics product analysis tire pyrolysis using ZSM-5 as catalysts. Iso-conversional methods master-plot were estimate activation energies reaction model pyrolysis. The results illustrated loading with 7 wt.% Ni 3 Fe best decreasing reduction 13%. determination kinetic models showed both non-catalyzed catalyzed fitted Fn while addition catalyst reduced order varying degrees. Both FTIR GC/MS suggested metallic Ni-based strong ability transform alkenes into aromatic hydrocarbons. almost same performance catalyst, which could reduce cost catalyst. Thus, this study deepen understanding provide basic guideline tires.
